Online Education Registration @ Santa Clara University

Welcome to the registration portal for Santa Clara University. Here you will find the information needed to register for your classes for the upcoming terms.

Instructions

After you find your program, your cohort will be the term and year in which you started the program. You will register for the upcoming term, in accordance with your program plan, unless you have an alternate program sequence. If you are off sequence and do not yet have a revised program plan, please contact your Student Success Coordinator at 408-514-5501.

You can view more details on our course descriptions page. Your full program plan is housed within the announcement section of your Student Success Seminar course.

If you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to register for courses until the hold is removed. To determine if you have a hold on your account, please view eCampus > Tasks > Holds. If there is a hold listed, please resolve your hold to register. Office hours to clear holds are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (PT).


When

Summer 2019 registration are available starting .

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and to avoid being waitlisted, students register at their Appointment time. Appointment times are available (according to seniority and GPA) to view one week prior to April 8 at eCampus > Manage Classes tile > Term Information tab > Click Term > View Appointment Time.

Registration Calendar:
Week of April 1: Registration Appointment times available to view
Week of April 8: Week of Registration
Week of April 15: Registration is closed
Week of April 22: Registration is re-open for add/drop/swaps

Refer the Academic Calendar for Late Registration Fee ($100) and Late Drop/Swap Fee ($50) dates

Registration Tips:
Add courses to cart ahead of time (courses are saved in your cart) in Week of April 1st.
At Appointment time, simply press “Finish Enrolling” and you are done. Quick enrollment is especially important if you are taking courses off-sequence or selecting high demand electives.
