Welcome to the registration portal for Santa Clara University. Here you will find the information needed to register for your classes for the upcoming terms.
After you find your program, your cohort will be the term and year in which you started the program. You will register for the upcoming term, in accordance with your program plan, unless you have an alternate program sequence. If you are off sequence and do not yet have a revised program plan, please contact your Student Success Coordinator at 408-514-5501.

If you have a hold on your account, you will not be able to register for courses until the hold is removed. To determine if you have a hold on your account, please view eCampus > Tasks > Holds. If there is a hold listed, please resolve your hold to register. Office hours to clear holds are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (PT).

Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and to avoid being waitlisted, students register at their Appointment time. Appointment times are available (according to seniority and GPA) to view one week prior to February 4 at eCampus > Manage Classes tile > Term Information tab > Click Term > View Appointment Time.

Registration Tips:
Add courses to cart ahead of time (courses are saved in your cart) in Week of January 28.
At Appointment time, simply press “Finish Enrolling” and you are done. Quick enrollment is especially important if you are taking courses off-sequence or selecting high demand electives.

To register, log in to eCampus > Manage Classes tile > Enroll tab > Add using your user ID and password. Use the 5-digit class number listed with each course. Please find the step-by-step guide on the registrar page.
As a reminder, books for courses are typically listed 4 weeks before the start of a course in the bookstore. You will use the class number to locate required book information.
